Christian antinomianism

an·ti·no·mi·an
[an-ti-noh-mee-uhn]
noun
a person who maintains that Christians are freed from the moral law by virtue of grace as set forth in the gospel.

Have you ever been shocked, amazed, repulsed, at a Christian who you know has committed acts which you also know to be completely contrary to the belief system he (or she) espouses, while simultaneously being no less certain of his ultimate fate (heaven); as opposed to yours (hell)?

Be confounded no more!

It's very simple - "Christians aren't PERFECT. They're FORGIVEN"! Repent of your PAST sins (when you weren't a Believer), accept Jesus Christ of Nazareth into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior, and presto! As long as you stick to that belief, you are saved - regardless of whatever else you might do in life. The greatest "get out of jail free" card ever conceptualized by the minds of men.

Hocus Pocus. Humans just can't get enough magic and Christianity provides it as effectively as any religion ever created.
