Have you seen this? It's a collection of various on-camera meltdowns by mostly news people. I love the old school ones, especially the two clowns arguing over whose going to give who some lessons.
Colbert did a pretty funny parody as well. It still wasn't on YouTube as of last night, but you can find it at Comedy Central dot com.
