God Requires Science

From one of my favorite channels on YouTube - BionicDance. This one goes out to some of my favorite employers of "tortured logic". Think of this as a bit of an add-on to the recent post by Spanish Inquisitor: The Existence of God. If anyone is still unclear what SI meant when asking for evidence, hopefully this can at least clear up those questions.

That was excellent, I'm going to have to go look at more of what she's done.

If more theists would actually think about what they believe and what they claim... there would be fewer theists. :)

She said that rather well.

That's perfect.

Funny thing, I left a comment on my post saying just that a few minutes ago, before I came and looked at this.

It must be god's will.

Nope. Here to stay!

Look, you miss her point (and ours).

If we "can not" make a scientific study of god because it is "outside" space/time, then it "can not" be doing things "in" the universe. Or, if it somehow "can", then it can be studied.

Comprenda, mi chimpance?

That has got to be the stupidest statement ever uttered!

Not even close. There has to be at least 10 or 20 in these comments alone that have it beat. All the sentences in the last comment, for instance.

Do you guys travel in a pack, or are you more like Cererbus? If you each come separately, do you get one Gideon for each chaplain/SI/evo purchased? If so, why on Earth did you buy all three? Further query of some kind?

So...[pause for effect]...when are you going to try that?

Oh, I've so subscribed to her. Cheese-and-crackers, but I love a smart woman with an East Coast accent :D

John Evo said...

She is *awesome*, but on the West Coast! She is lesbian though. :)

Welcome back, woman!

She may live on the West Coast--the place we East Coasters mock. And mock. And then mock some more, because once we find a fun hobby, we stick with it--but that accent? East Coast all the way. She's a defector.

I'll betcha to Portland or Seattle.

Oh, it's good to be back :D I've got so much to catch up on and I'm having fun digging back in.
::does a happy little dance::

You're a sharp woman. She's from Seattle and originally I think it was Vermont, but definitely one of the NorEasters.
